Withdrawal Options

Withdrawal procedure
In order to withdraw your funds from your trading account, please follow these simple steps below:

  • Go to the Cashier section and choose "Withdraw" tab on top bar.
  • Enter the amount to withdraw (in USD)
  • Fill in required details in the electronic withdrawal form
  • Click "Submit"

Once your withdrawal request is processed and completed, your will receive an email.
Notes:

  • After the withdrawal request in case you want to check your withdrawal status, please access to "Cashier" and click on "History".
  • While your withdrawal request status is in "Pending", you can cancel it at any time by simply accessing "Cashier" and "History", then you can click on "Reverse" button.
Required documents for the first time withdrawal
For the first time withdrawal requests following documents must be accompanied :

  • Clear color copy of your Passport including your written signature
  • Clear copy of recent Utility Bill (any bill not older than 3 moths and comes to your name and address of residence e.g. water bill, electric, gas, telephone etc…) or Bank Statement
  • For those who have deposited by credit card/s : Clear color copy of both sides of the same Credit Cards you have deposited to your trading account (Our of 16 digits, the middle 8 digits can be hidden and the CVV number) .

You need to submit your documents only one time. Keep in mind whenever you use a new credit card you may be requested to submit a copy of it for future withdrawals.

Withdrawal fees
There are small amount of withdrawal fees. Withdrawal requests are subjected to withdrawal processing fee depending on the requested amount.

To check the exact amount of withdrawal fees, go to "Cashier" after the submission of your withdrawal amount, at this point you still can cancel the request.

How long will it take to process my withdrawal request?
Withdrawal requests take up to five business days to complete the process. There might be delays beyond our control, that might occur due to third party withdrawal payment options.
I made two separate withdrawal requests, why were they combined and how do they be processed?
When any withdrawal requests made within 72 hours, AmigaFX holds the right to combine them to one payment by the same payment option. Also AmigaFX reserves the right to refund by the same payment option that was initially used when depositing to the trading account. Withdrawals are processed in accordance with our payment policy and in principle, they will be sent to the original method of payment in order to cover the deposited amount.

In the Cashier your preferred withdrawal method will be asked, this is usually the method of your deposit to your trading account. For a better support, please provide an alternative withdrawal option in case we cannot execute your preferred withdrawal request.

Please note, your payment could be processed in extra installments by the same or different methods. These installments might appear on your payment statement on different dates or time.
Withdraw methods
Credit Cards
  • Payments can be processed to credit cards that have been already used in our system and only up to the deposited amount.
  • If the credit card has been canceled or lost, please notify us immediately with an alternative method of payment.
  • In case that you cannot confirm your funds, please kindly provide us with a bank statement of the time period of 15 business days from the day of your request.
    We will send you an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) that will help your bank to find your funds.
PayPal
  • Withdrawals to PayPal can be confirmed shortly after the transactions have been executed.
  • If you are unable to confirm your funds to your PayPal account please check whether your email in PayPal was correct and whether you filled it in the electronic withdrawal form correctly, and provide us with a screenshot of your PayPal account for 3 business days following your processed withdrawal.
  • In the investigation, if we find that your withdrawal was denied by PayPal we will notify you to get in touch with PayPal to solve the issue. After the issue is cleared up we will retry to send your funds.
MoneyBookers / Neteller / WebMoney
  • Withdrawals to Moneybookers/Webmoney/Neteller can be confirmed shortly after the transactions have been executed.
  • If you are unable to confirm your funds to your eWallet account please check whether your payment details in your eWallet was correct and whether you filled it in the electronic withdrawal form correctly, and provide us with a screenshot of your eWallet account (make sure it shows your details) for 3 business days following your processed withdrawal.
  • In the investigation, if we find that your withdrawal was denied by your eWallet we will notify you to get in touch with them to solve the issue. After the issue is cleared up we will retry to send your funds.
Western Union / MoneyGram
  • Not available to execute withdrawals to these payment methods
Wire Transfers
  • Withdrawals via Bank transfers take usually 4-7 business days to receive.
  • Please enter your bank details into the Electronic Withdrawal Form inside "Cashier",including your bank name, bank address, IBAN/SWIFT number, your bank account number, your full name and any other information available.
  • In case that you cannot confirm your funds in the following 10 business days, please kindly provide us with a bank statement of the time period of 10 business days.We will send you an SWIFT document that will help your bank to find your funds.
